The RD Hockey High Performance Hockey Program was developed by Professional Coach, Rick Alexander. Several of the HPT Program graduates under Rick Alexander have gone on to Junior, College and Pro Careers.
The Program challenges and provides top players the opportunity to train and develop with in a competitive training environment.

41.25 hours of on-ice hockey High Performance Training - 33 Sessions
Professional Instructors to be lead by Rick Alexander
Open to both Male and Female Hockey Players playing a at a High Level of Hockey.
