2025 SPRING 3 on 3 Hockey Skills - CARDEL, AIRDRIE AND WESTSIDE REC *
The Jr Hitmen 3 on 3 Skill Development Program allows the hockey player to continue working on their individual hockey skill set through the off season in a program where each 1.25 hour session includes 30 minutes of individual skill development followed by 45 minutes of 3 on 3 game play.
Smaller numbers of players are present on the ice when playing 3 on 3. This opens up available space for a player to work within. The increased space will greatly increase the need to move with the puck, allowing players to developed better footwork and puck control.
The 3 on 3 Jr Hitmen Hockey Skills Program provides off-season conditioning, allows the hockey player to improve their hockey skill set and have some fun playing 3 on 3 hockey

The RD Hockey High Performance Program challenges and provides top players the opportunity to train and develop with in a competitive environment with Professional Coaches that are experts in their field and have either extensive coaching and playing experience. The focus of the program is to ensure that each player develops the essential skills needed to compete at the AAA / AA Level. BE PREPARED TO BE CHALLENGED!
